There is technically only 1 bedroom with a King size bed but will sleep up to 6 people. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa, twin coach/bed and a roll away available. It has a bath upstairs with a slate shower and a bath downstairs with a footed soaking tub. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Dishes and silverware are provided. If you like a home away from home atmosphere, you might give this one a try.

We're a relaxing and scenic drive from I-20 for those traveling cross country and hoping to stay somewhere memorable. This is a nice, clean, and comfortable three bedroom one bathroom single wide mobile home on beautiful Lake Palo Pinto. The home is fully stocked with dishes, sheets, and towels everything needed for a great time at the lake for vacation. All you need to bring along is your own food for cooking, and your boat if you want to be out on the water. This lake is great in the summer for all types of water sports, and is great all year for fishing. The lake lot has direct access to the water, we have a boat ramp but it is currently not to be used for launching boats, it is cracked and in poor shape. Also the gravel road down the hill to the boat ramp and lake can only be driven up and down with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The boat ramp is perfect to swim on and boats can be pulled up on the shore right next to the boat ramp. We do not currently have a boat dock either but hope to have one in the future, along with repairing the boat ramp.

We have a very nice RV that is set up just above the pasture. It has views of horses and cows in green pastures. It looks over a small valley. This RV is close to Stephenville and is right in the heart of the Cowboy Capital! Just a few minutes from Lone Star Arena, Melody Mountain with Larry Joe Taylor, Lone Star Family Farm and many other great places to visit. The RV is very large with a King size bed. Large screen TV in the living room and a nicely laid out kitchen. If you want the comfort on a nice Hotel but the uniqueness of camping, you will love staying here!

Fun bar for entertaining . The cottage has a porta crib and a blow up mattress for additional guests. There is lake access at our personal property a little ways down the road. Chism Trail is a narrow road which basically serves as a long driveway for the 12 cabins on Chism Trail. Please drive slowly because there are children, pets and people strolling on the road.

Beautiful cozy rv on private property located in town, minutes away from Tarleton University, parks, walking trails and, shopping. New queen bed, spacious kitchen and dining area, tons of storage and a full bathroom, a new hot water heater,the air conditioning is lovely and cool in the summer and the heater is warm in the winter, the rv is located on a patio that is surrounded by beautiful pecan trees. Delicious Chocolate chip cookies will greet you upon your arrival. Hi-speed internet and Roku tv includes Netflix, Hulu, plus many more are channels included. Self- check in is provided! The rv is cleaned and disinfected throughly after each guest departures. All sheets and towels are washed in hot water and bleach! All surfaces are disinfected!

The kitchen features a large peninsula with seating for 5, stove, microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge and Keurig. Several covered outdoor seating areas are perfect for gathering, while taking in the lake views, playing games in the washer pit or cooking on the gas grill. The dock features a nighttime green in-water fishing light. Dock has owners boat stored on it but you can tie up on the sides of the dock. The living area with a flat screen TV, 2 large sofas and 6 person dining table also has a single love seat sleeper sofa. The sitting area has a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. Relax in the spacious master King bedroom with walk out porch and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate bath tub. The second King master bedroom also features a built in flat screen, TV, patio access and an en suite bathroom with dual vanity and shower. The third private bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and located just beside a spacious 3 piece bathroom with shower. The house has satellite TV and WIFI. A washer and dryer is also available onsite. Only minutes from Possum Kingdom State park and a 20-25 minute boat ride to Hells Gate. Water is not safe for consumption – bring bottled water.
